Text Box: Pastor Pete Fiske

In 1992 Pete and Agnes Fiske took over the leadership of a Sunday Church Service at North West State Correctional Facility in St. Albans VT. In July 1993 Peter retired from IBM to answer God’s call into fulltime prison ministry.

In 1993 the Fiskes established a non-denominational church  at NWSCF, The Church at NorthWest. In 1997 the Ministry was incorporated in VT as a Non-profit church, “The Church At Prison, Inc.”

Several ministries have been birthed from the original Church At NorthWest. Currently Pastor Pete has been receiving opportunities to sponsor training events throughout New England and has even traveled to Nigeria where The Church At Prison has helped Pastor Anthony Oluloye to establish a ministry to incarcerated children, “Light Of The Soul Ministries”. In 2007 The Church At Prison will assist in sponsoring a training conference in Trinidad.

In Nov of 2004 Pastor Agnes Fiske passed from this life into the arms of her Lord Jesus. With her work done on Earth she is now basking in the presence of God. Pastor Pete and staff continue the ministry God has established.
